Our signature services combine unique treatments that we have thoughtfully and professionally crafted to enhance the healing character of The Spa at Sacred Grounds. Our experienced and dedicated practitioners will guide and nurture you through these inspired services for the ultimate spa experience.

Serenity Massage

This aromatic scalp and full body massage is the perfect remedy for travel fatigue. A special blend of warm Wild Lime Scalp Oil is applied to your scalp, neck and shoulders to stimulate circulation and nourish your hair. While the oil penetrates your hair, a full body massage with your choice of aromatic massage oils relieves and relaxes your travel weary body.

Body Melt Back Treatment

This relaxing full body massage combines a deep intensive massage of the back with arnica infused massage oil followed by the application of steaming hot towels steeped in therapeutic herbs such as arnica, rosemary, comfrey, witch hazel, and wintergreen. Tension within the spinal muscles is effectively unraveled and released.

Detoxify & Rebalance Body
 Treatment

Begin with a session in our steam room or sauna. Then enjoy the aromatic effects of our multipurpose Espresso Mud scrub and body treatment. The mud treatment is followed with a detoxifying herbal massage to decongest, refresh and rebalance.

Therapeutic Relaxation Massage

This is the ultimate in relaxation. It incorporates elements of massage, acupressure, aromatherapy and breathing techniques. This hour and a half session promotes deep relaxation. Not recommended for women who are pregnant.

Herbal Aromatherapy Massage

This deeply therapeutic treatment allows you to determine your focus from four different oils and themes. Let the power of essential oils and plant extracts combined with healing therapeutic touch and aromatherapy transform and balance your body. Not recommended for women who are pregnant.

Prenatal Rest & Renewal Treatment

This deeply restorative treatment is designed for moms-to-be to help improve sleep, reduce stress, and soothe muscle fatigue. Beginning with a Prenatal massage, then followed by the application of Gotu Kola Healing Balm to help prevent the appearance of stretch marks, this treatment ends with a mini-facial to address sensitive hormone reactive skin.

Arnica Muscle Repair Treatment

This anti-inflammatory treatment eases muscle pain and joint stiffness. This add-on massage is performed on the back using Arnica Muscle Gel and warm towels. The session includes a relaxing scalp massage.

Massage

Swedish Massage

The ultimate in relaxation and stress reduction. This basic relaxation massage is suited to individual needs. Pressure can be regulated from gentle, intermediate to firm and concentrated to problem areas during overall session.

Deep Tissue Massage

This massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. It is helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as the lower back and shoulders. Movement is slow; pressure is deep and concentrated on areas of tension and pain.

Reflexology

Vital life force circulates between all the organs of the body. When blocked, the flow is interrupted, causing pain and disease. By stimulating reflex points on the feet, our body is assisted in healing itself.

Cupping Massage

This unique service combines massage and cupping therapies to improve the body’s condition. Merging the two protocols stimulates circulation, which speeds up recovery, improves lymph flow, removes toxins, softens tissue and reduces inflammation. Skin marking does occur and will usually disappear in seven to ten days.

Lomilomi

Lomilomi is the Hawaiian practice of body manipulation and massage. Elongated full body strokes are incorporated to expand the body as well as distinctive kneading motions using the thumbs, palms and forearms.This service offers a unique spiritual and physical experience.

Prenatal Massage

This massage is suited to the needs of the expectant mother and her baby. This service is designed to release both physical and emotional tension, relieve aches, pains and pressure, increase blood and lymph circulation and reduce swelling.

Raindrop Therapy

A series of nine exclusive essential oils are dropped along the spine and each is thoroughly massaged into the back. After this application, warm towels are applied to the back while the shins and tops of the feet are massaged. This service is not recommended for women who are pregnant.

Reiki

Universal Life Energy flows through the practitioner into the client to restore balance, harmony and well being. This unique therapy supports personal healing.

Door County Hot Stone Massage

Heated smooth stones, collected from the shores of Door County, are used to warm muscles and tissues of the body, deeply relaxing and relieving soreness and stiffness. Using long gliding strokes, the therapist holds the stones and massages tension away. The heat from the stones also increases blood flow to various areas of the body. The unique grounded feeling the client experiences comes from the use of these natural stones and their placement on the body.

Seasonal Body Polish and Massage

Restoring, revitalizing and protecting skin instantly, Body Polish improves healthy skin function with every use. During this 60 minute service your massage therapist will use a Seasonal Body Polish to deeply nourish the skin followed by a Swedish Massage. Great for athletes or anyone with chronic pain.

Swedish Massage (Student Therapist)

The Spa at Sacred Grounds has partnered with Academy of Health, an accredited massage therapy hybrid learning program, which combines in-lone learning with in/person learning-training. This is an 11 month program and our therapist/in-training is now taking clients at a reduced rate for extra practice.

We have collaborated with our local CBD company Evo Botanicals to bring you a facial full of anti-inflammatory benefits using their Timeless Renewal Facial Lotion and Down to Earth Face Mask. Good for all skin types, this service may help reduce the appearance of redness, help tame acne and balance your skin whether you are dry or oily.

Chemical Peel

The goal of this treatment is to help remove dry skin and impurities on the outermost layer of skin to help reveal the smooth, supple skin underneath. Every peel is different, but common benefits include a brighter complexion, smoother skin, reduced fine lines and wrinkles, a more even skin tone and radiant-looking skin. This service includes a 30 minute massage and a skin-care consultation to customize your experience.

Rid the body of unwanted hair using natural sugaring paste or warm luxurious honey wax.

This service starts with an invigorating organic body polish, followed by a facial that includes a brightening glow mask and is followed up with either a deep cleansing or restorative mask depending on your skincare needs.

Combine any two of our spa services and receive a $10 discount. Services must be used by the same person and be booked back to back. Combine any one of our relaxing massages with any nurturing skin care treatment, or put together your own combination. Either way you will have spent your money and your time wisely. We are sorry but steam, sauna, and add-on services are not included in this offer.
