Serenity Massage

This aromatic scalp and full body massage is the perfect remedy for travel fatigue. A special blend of warm Wild Lime Scalp Oil is applied to your scalp, neck and shoulders to stimulate circulation and nourish your hair. While the oil penetrates your hair, a full body massage with your choice of aromatic massage oils relieves and relaxes your travel weary body.

Body Melt Back Treatment

This relaxing full body massage combines a deep intensive massage of the back with arnica infused massage oil followed by the application of steaming hot towels steeped in therapeutic herbs such as arnica, rosemary, comfrey, witch hazel, and wintergreen. Tension within the spinal muscles is effectively unraveled and released.

Detoxify & Rebalance Body
Treatment

Swedish Massage

The ultimate in relaxation and stress reduction. This basic relaxation massage is suited to individual needs. Pressure can be regulated from gentle, intermediate to firm and concentrated to problem areas during overall session.

Deep Tissue Massage

This massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. It is helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as the lower back and shoulders. Movement is slow; pressure is deep and concentrated on areas of tension and pain.

Reflexology

Vital life force circulates between all the organs of the body. When blocked, the flow is interrupted, causing pain and disease. By stimulating reflex points on the feet, our body is assisted in healing itself.

Cupping Massage

This unique service combines massage and cupping therapies to improve the body’s condition. Merging the two protocols stimulates circulation, which speeds up recovery, improves lymph flow, removes toxins, softens tissue and reduces inflammation. Skin marking does occur and will usually disappear in seven to ten days.

Lomilomi

Lomilomi is the Hawaiian practice of body manipulation and massage. Elongated full body strokes are incorporated to expand the body as well as distinctive kneading motions using the thumbs, palms and forearms.This service offers a unique spiritual and physical experience.

Raindrop Therapy

A series of nine exclusive essential oils are dropped along the spine and each is thoroughly massaged into the back. After this application, warm towels are applied to the back while the shins and tops of the feet are massaged. This service is not recommended for women who are pregnant.

Universal Life Energy flows through the practitioner into the client to restore balance, harmony and well being. This unique therapy supports personal healing.

Door County Hot Stone Massage

Heated smooth stones, collected from the shores of Door County, are used to warm muscles and tissues of the body, deeply relaxing and relieving soreness and stiffness. Using long gliding strokes, the therapist holds the stones and massages tension away. The heat from the stones also increases blood flow to various areas of the body. The unique grounded feeling the client experiences comes from the use of these natural stones and their placement on the body.

Lemon Ginger Body Polish and Massage

Restoring, revitalizing and protecting skin instantly, Body Polish improves healthy skin function with every use. During this 60 minute service your massage therapist will use a Seasonal Body Polish to deeply nourish the skin followed by a Swedish Massage.

Neuromuscular Massage and Assisted Stretching (Fully Clothed)

Receive customized bodywork tailored to your unique needs. Your therapist will assess areas of muscle  tightness, shortness, or dysfunction through targeted body tests, identifying the root cause of your discomfort.  Using a combination of stretching, massage, and specialized tools, the therapist will focus on relieving tension in these specific areas. You’ll be guided through resistance stretching and deep breathing for a more interactive experience. By the end of your session, you’ll feel more balanced and at ease in your body  than when you arrived.

Prenatal

This massage is suited to the needs of the expectant mother and her baby. This service is designed to release both physical and emotional tension, relieve aches, pains and pressure, increase blood and lymph circulation and reduce swelling.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture Initial Visit

Embark on a journey towards your optimal health! Acupuncture and herbal medicine are used to treat a wide range of concerns, including, though not limited to, psycho-emotional ruts, musculoskeletal conditions, stress, immunity, chronic illness, preventive and maintenance care, and overall restoring balance. Your initial visit begins with a comprehensive intake where we’ll discuss your health needs and goals. The intake is followed by an acupuncture treatment with bodywork and/or cupping. An herbal consultation will also be provided, if recommended.

Acupuncture Return Visit Options

We offer two options for return visits.

Option A:
The 60-minute treatment includes acupuncture and some light bodywork (Tui Na, Shiatsu, or Gua Sha).

Option B:
The 90-minute treatment includes acupuncture, light bodywork (Tui Na, Shiatsu, or Gua Sha), herbal consultation (see below for specifics) , and a cupping session.

Herbal Consultation

With over 10,000 herbs in its repertoire, Chinese herbal medicine has become a highly developed science. After our thorough 30 minute consultation, we will carefully select either a herbal patent formula or build and blend a customized herbal formula that synergistically treat your individual symptoms and support your constitutional physiology. Taking herbs is a wonderful way to enhance the benefits of all your health practices and/or a useful day-to-day tool to cultivate a health regimen. Please note that the cost of the herbs is not included in the price.

Relaxation & Radiance Service

This service helps release tension, restore fluidity and radiance, increases circulation and helps get the body back in balance.
The massage uses meridian pathways to restore the flow of energy throughout the body, reducing pain and stress.

Peaceful Spirit

Experience the relaxing, body-regulating effects of the Spirit Balance Treatment. This treatment engenders a calm and clear mind to soothe the heart and promote a serene mind. This is an ideal treatment to reduce emotional restlessness. This treatment starts with cupping, then acupuncture, and finishes with a relaxing foot massage.

Smooth Flow

Find both, release and nourishment, in this treatment that regulates Qi and clears the tracks of stress and tension throughout the body. Through regulating channel Qi and Nourishing blood, this treatment strengthens your body’s capacity to transform strain into ease, making it ideal for anyone who feels physical and mental stagnations due to stress. This treatment begins with cupping, followed by acupuncture, and ending with realigning neck massage.

Earthwise

The digestive system is described as the Earth aspect of the body. This treatment is designed to balance, ease discomfort, and promote healthy digestion through the harmonization of the Qi in the abdomen. This treatment starts with cupping, then acupuncture, and finishes with an abdominal massage.

Jade Screen

This treatment is designed to fortify the guardian forces of the body; the Wei (exterior) Qi and Zheng (Upright) Qi, which constitute your body’s natural immune system. If you find yourself easily getting sick or wanting to boost your essential resilience and health, this is a great option to try. This treatment begins with cupping, followed by acupuncture, and ending with a luxurious hand massage.
